Simply Woman Award: our commitment against women violence

On Thursday, May 8, 2025, we proudly participated in the scholarship award ceremony “Hands Off. The right to count,” organized as part of the 12th edition of the Semplicemente Donna award.

An initiative that involved us not only as a sponsor, but as a reality rooted in the territory, always attentive to the issues of social responsibility, equity and respect.

The event was held in the Sala dei Grandi of the Province of Arezzo, packed with enthusiasm and young faces: more than 2,000 students, 17 schools, dozens of teachers and managers, and 23 scholarships awarded for essays that were able to tell the theme of gender equality with creativity, depth and awareness.

Representing our company was Manuela Micheli, one of the owners and human resources manager, who spoke in a public interview, expressing her sensitivity to the issue as a woman, mother and professional.

We chose to support the Semplicemente Donna Award because we believe that the culture of respect is built day by day, inside schools but also inside companies. In fact, women represent a fundamental part of our workforce. Initiatives like this show that change is possible, and that it is the youngest who can lead it.
